I've been trying to dual boot windows xp and vista. I got it so that it asks which OS you want to boot from but when I choose xp it says ntldr is missing or corrupt. I've tried replacing the ntldr and NDETECT files and still have the same problem, help is appreciated, thanks.

Did you install XP first? I'm pretty XP has to be installed first, then Vista. You could also try a third party boot manager like Boot-US.

I had vista installed, and then I installed xp on a seperate hard drive and i couldnt get vista to work. So i reinstalled vista and now xp wont work...

I would format and start over. Install XP first on the first partition, then Vista on the second partition. The Vista bootloader will control booting for both OSes.
