windows setup safe recovery

I accidently wanted to install windows 98 and then when it was copying files i reseted my computer cause i wanted it to stop installing. Now at start up i get this message Windows setup safe recovery. And i press any key and my start up screen shows up and back to normal. I want to know how to take this startup message away from the screen? Im using windows 98.

You can't accidently "install windows 98".
Why wheren't you just "useing W?" and being happy ?
But how do you happen to be posting ?
You must know how to make this PC work>
