I accidenty entered my Microsoft account when setting up a pc for a client. I though I could just sign out. I don't care about account on it but I don't want it to sync data. If I have sync all off in pc settings. Should I. Be good on both sides?

If you can't sync off the PC, go to settings, general, and click ''Reset'' to delete all your programs on the computer, and then, you can start the Windows configuration all over again.
