Ok....so I got my windows 7 disc on saturday and I tried loading it into my PC which has XP on it. First off it would read the disk I would try to run the setup and I got an error message. I reinstalled a fresh Xp to make sure there was nothing corrupted or downloaded to mess up the installer. Now I try to boot from disk with the windows 7 disc and it does not work. Also, I try to run the cd and my computer either doesn't read it or won't load the setup on the disc. Every other cd I have works fine including my XP disc. The windows 7 disc works perfect on my laptop right now and I can install windows 7 on here(i have vista now). Any ideas as to why this is happening?
