From time to time (maybe once/twice) a week my Windows 7 clock time/date changes by it self.

I had the same issue with my P35 Q9450 setup few month ago, and now its the same problem.

Specs are in my comment. Im using Win 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Plz help.

If you say it used to happen before, it could be your CMOS battery dieing out.

It used to happen on a different system with different MOBO.

My current system is new, so i really don't think its the battery.

That's strange. I'm sure it's something very like the cmos battery dying, or not being installed correctly. That'd be a simple/logical enough explanation to this problem.

Thanks for the info guys.

My BIOS time is correct, however my time zone was a bit off in Windows, it was -6 or -7 UTC instead of -5 which is NYC time. However i still don't see how this would effect or explain why would it randomly change on me. I put the correct UTC now which is -5 so will see if this would have any effect.

The strange part is as I mentioned before I had this issue with my old P35 setup and now with a new X58 MOBO and only with Win7.
