hey!! can someone help me plz ... i think its time to upgrade vista to windows 7 ...so i have quick question i currently have 32bit OS but if i am goint to get windows 7 i wana get 64bit so am thinkin if it goint to work .... its say that i have x86 based PC its a quad Q6600 ....the reason i wana get 64bit i heard its lil faster less errors n stuff...

Think you need to think again! It can be a little faster in certain circumstances, but there's no technical reason why it'd produce any fewer errors. The reason why the majority of people upgrade is to bypass the <4GB memory barrier that you get with 32-bit.

The biggest hassle you'll find is finding the correct drivers, not all pieces of hardware have 64 bit drivers (especially older hardware) and 32-bit drivers definitely won't work.
