user name prompting

Hi all. I am sure this question may have been covered elsewhere, but I would greatly appreciate if someone could offer a solution here.

I use a work laptop that is also used by others. Now when I go to log into my email, a message board site, or even to google something, I get prompted for my usernames, and previous searches and such.

I was wondering if there was anyway to turn this off or to refresh or delete these prompts.

Clearing cookies and tempory files in 'internet options' in the control panel has not helped.

Thats probably better for ya if your using a laptop and other people are using it aswell. If you dont do it that way, and it automatically logs you into sites etc, then the other users of the laptop will be to use your login details etc. If ya wanna enable it, then goto tools and security settings and tell it to remember your passwords, i wouldnt recommend it tho.
