toshiba satellite c660 wont work

my laptop boots, but just stays at a black screen. it then goes to a screen which says "windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device, File: \Boot\BCD, status:0xc00000e9". is there anyway i can fix this?

You need to repair the Windows Boot Loader.
