Soundbar stopped working

I have this Philips Notebook Soundbar and it doesn't want to work when I plug it into either of my 2 usb ports. I know it works because I tested it on our desktop computer & at one point, it worked just fine on my laptop but has since stopped working.

Any ideas on how to get it to work again? I have a Lenovo Thinkpad w/Windows 8
