Problems with downloading Vista SP2 !

I currently have Vista Basic .
Please don't give links to any microsoft website, I've tried all methods.
I've disabled firewall, and tried " stand-alone " download.
I need to update my system to upgrade to Vista Ultimate.

Other info if needed :

- Intel Celeron Processor
- Toshiba Satellite L305
- 2GB of RAM
- 32-Bit system
