PLZZ HELP ! Sims 3 issue !!!

hello .
i bought a that game call " The sims 3 " and expansion pack "The sims 3 pets "
i installed all what i need and then i click on the game and he show me error .
error msg : "the application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect" . How do I fix it? Please help me

U should remove the only pro bit bud. The problem us that the sims 3 pets add on is having some interference. Usually add ons are in the game root folder. Make sure you have installed the add on to the correct location and try again. If not just re install it, simples

Let it finish and reboot.
