Laptop battery problm

I hav a problm in my own computer, when i connet battery only open my comuter otherwise in not open, i mean when i removed battery connecter charger den only comuper start. I click on battery backup sign that shows like dis.
Battery #1: 91% available (plug in, charging)
Battery #2: not present,
What's the solution?

Without trying to be too rude, the solution is going to be for you to better explain yourself.

It sounds like the computer only works when the battery is not in the laptop? Is this correct? If so, then it sounds like you will need to get a replacement battery. Sometimes when they go bad, they can cause some wacky things to happen to the laptop.
