I had 30mb fibre optic with Virgin Media and they double it to 60mb. Since then my speeds are around 20mb but I used to have 30mb beforwe the upgrade. I have checked the speeds in safe mode and they are 60mb, so that makes me think it a setting or other software that is slowing down the speeds in Windows. Does anyone have any ideas.
