Install GRUB 2 from Windows

I need to reinstall GRUB 2 so I can complete my triple-boot on my MacBook Pro (W7 Pro x64, SL 10.6.1, Ubuntu 9.10 x64). I reinstalled the Windows boot loader over GRUB 2 because whenever I select 'Windows 7' in GRUB 2, it would just kick me back to GRUB 2. Right now I want to try GRUB 2 again, but I have to reinstall it, which I have absolutely no idea how to do. I figured there would be some sort of nicely packaged installer for it, but I guess not. I've searched, and couldn't really find anything.
