Huge Problem

i have just signed up and dont no where to put this thread but i will wright it here.

i recently downloaded a virus and acedently deleted some system files. i thought this would get rid of it. then i later loged off, tryed to logo back in the next day and it would just restart the whole computer. i dont know what to do but i have recently got windows 7 and my computer is broke so i was thinking of re-installing windows 7 (it was xp) and then formating the whole computer then install windows 7. if this dosn't work is there any other sugestions. my dads mate tryed to fix it but had no luck.

A clean install of Windows 7 will most likely take care of the issue. Just keep in mind clean install = format of HDD = loss of data. In other words, you'll lose all your data when you format the HDD. If this is not an issue and the computer will run 7, then I'd load it up.
