Help with bluescreen windows 7 home premium

I keep getting a bluescreen crash. I have no idea why.

i can boot into normal mode just fine. i usually never see the crash, it usually happens when i close the laptop. i go and open it back up and it asks if i want to boot into safe mode or normal.
 
it says i need administrator privileges which i should have considering i am the only user profile on the computer
 
Looks like the origin of the blue screen is pci.sys. The problem is we don't know which PCI driver is causing the problem. I would recommend a driver update on any card that runs on PCI inside of your computer. That would include graphics chips and wifi cards as this is a laptop.
