Games Menu in the Vista Start Menu Will Not Stay Open

Title states the problem, if you need a video of what its doing then just ask.

When ever I click the games thing in the start menu it pops up the window and then before it can even show up any games or details in the window it just closes. This has been happing for a while and its really starting to annoy me, please help.
