cpu usage

recently i have noticed that my computer starts randomly using up all of the cpu. The system idle process uses up about 1/4 explorer takes up another 1/4th and a third prosess takes up the rest....im not too shore what its called but it starts with an r.....i have a P4 3.4 CPU and 1G of ram......any help wud be greatly apriciated

just relized ...the tird procees is called regsvr32 when i close it the cpu goes from the 90s down to normal..but then stars itself up again
