Can't Find Other Devices Tab In Chrome

Hi guys. Chrome has recently updated, When you open a new tab the "Other Devices" tab in the bottom right-hand corner has gone and can't find it as I like to browse on one device and then switch to another and be able to view the web page I was previously viewing without having to search all over the place..

It's now under the menu.

Yes I found that, You can change it by changing an API setting but my attempt to do so failed

For those of you who want to revert to the old way, just type about:flags in your omnibar and find Revert to the Old New Tab Page. Just find “Enable Instant Extended API” and set it to “disabled.” This should bring back the old new tab with history and recently closed at the forefront.
