I was getting an error message so i was trying to uninstall things that were not needed. But after uninstalling one of them, my internet went down, and i cant connect to anything wireless. This was in windows, im in ubuntu now, so i know i didnt give enough info, but just ask and i will fill you in.

Thanks a ton!

P.S forgot to say that i can still connect to my dialup

What did you uninstall that caused the problem?

I believer it was something not important, an apple product i didnt use i believe. But now it says i need to install something for my "LG ethernet modem" or something along those lines. However, i dont have a cd and it cant locate the driver software.

Is your wireless utility still there? Like Intel or anything?

I have no idea, what should i look for?

What is it? Desktop or a laptop. Being vauge isn't helpful. If it's a laptop flip it over and get the brand name and model number off the sticker on the bottom.
Get back to us as right now we are flying blind.

It's a toshiba satellite L355D-S7825 Laptop.

Sorry for being vague, i have to keep switching my OS to see the problems.
