Avery print help

I need some help Printing on Avery Lables.

People tell me that they just get Avery Templeates off the net and just buy Avery Lables and things like that.

And they Print by useing the Templeates.

I never did this how is it doen and how do I get these Templeates??
Can anyone tell me
