Window's Live Messenger 8.1 Beta is out now if anyone's interested.....available for download from microsoft's website http://ideas.live.com/programpage.aspx?versionid=39014087-6c05-4de9-98ac-b37d7ccd5617 ...it's supposed to have the following:
• Redesigned, smarter contact cards give you more data about and easier access to your friends
• Your display name, status and personalization roam with you to any computer
• Try PC-to-phone calling with two free calls to virtually any phone in the world*
• Better server performance
• Automatic updates
• Improved sign-in performance

Trillian is cool, but everyone i talk to uses MSN so i just stick with that.

Ive got mates on YIM, MSN and AIM. And there is no way im installing any AOL software on my pc, so i went with trillian and its never failed me yet. Great piece of software.
