The lowest I've seen legit was 100, and it was just a license...

This is the best scam ever...Chances are that this COA is used many times, and probably won't be having holographic images, like the Microsoft Genuine check is.

your very best bet would be to do a new install....it's the best defence against any virus that cannot be tamed.
