Urgent Help Needed

Hey, Once I found a Sound Equalizer (and amplifier actually) program for the PSP, and I need it for my friend, Does anyone have any idea what its called or where I can find it?

Not shure bout the gadgets or accessory's but i have found a forum on PSP..
