Torrent downloader

Is there a site out there that will download a torrent for you, and then you download it off that site?

I think my Router is too old to handle torrents, every time I do it needs to get reset lol...

I wanna say imageshack.us had this feature before, but not anymore?

G.ho.st used to but it shut down to personal users. I think the term your going for is "torrent handling". But I'm not for sure.
