i saw this on call for help yesterday. its a web program where you can play with your webcam image and distort it and shit. its all real time rendering done with flash 8.

Thats pretty cool... so the program would make temporary changes to the camera feed.. but could it be done using AIM / MSN is the question. I don't know if it'd work with that.
