Question for the bodybuilders / people that can help

Do some full rotation hanging knee raises:

Some stability ball ab crunches can't hurt either:

I've been doing these lately, they are good:

Stability ball oblique crunch:

Your abs and obliques are the hardest muscles to develop, you have to really stick with it to get results. Good luck.

So i have been wanting to do some minor adjustments to my body. Between my hip and 6th rib my chest curves in too much, I was wondering what kinda exercises would help this?
I looked it it up in a very comprehensive medical book I have, & this seems to fit the the bill, quote: "Postural kyphosis, main cause, slouching, exercises to strengthen the abdomen & stretch the hamstrings should help, this condition does not lead to problems in later life" hope this allays any worrys you may have.
