Paypal Help

Hi. I am desperately looking for a software, code (or just general help) that will help me do this. Thankyou:

When someone buys an item off my website through paypal, i would like to set up an automatic database, whereby as soon as someone clicks pay, the database loads up their name and email address.

I would also, in some way like to make it so that (if they tick a box) when they buy something, they r automatically subscribed to the newsletter. Thanks.

Paypal has a help section on IPN (instant payment notification) where their server contacts your server after the transaction. They have it in perl or php so which ever one you prefer
