If he did, they are posistioned based on bias as well...

I don't agree with anything he's done but Obama should be much higher than he is. Not many presidents can get one of their major campaign promises done within the first two years. Seeing as he got health-care passed he deserves to be in at least the top 15...

It's really too early to tell whether Clinton, Bush, and Obama are/were good Presidents. We haven't seen the full consequences of their Presidencies yet. While Clinton presided in a time of economic growth, look what happened after. So really it's too early to tell.

I completely disagree with your list. How can you put Coolidge at 30? He made horrible decisions.
