David, I haven't used one, but from looking at the specs, it seems a bit behind most of the phones out there. The screen resolution is very low, Symbian^3 has little application support compared to iOS, android, Windows Phone, etc., it only has 256 MB RAM, and the 680 MHz ARM 11 is severely dated by now. It's probably a decent phone, but you can get better for the same price.
What carrier are you on, and are you buying the phone subsidized or not?
Please explain what is so bad about it. From what I read, it's a good phone, there's just better for the cost, though it does have by far the best phone camera available.
