I grew up in the 90's so it brought back some memeories. I had a look around youtube and also found this one..

Meh. I'm really not liking this trend in advertising. That whole ad had absolutely nothing to do with internet explorer until right at the end.They just used it as a way to evoke an emotional response before trying to sell you their product. It just feels manipulative. Or maybe I'm just being especially cynical today.

I could care less what they were advertising...I was just excited to see all the 90's stuff and get taken back to my child hood. In fact, I didn't even watch it all the way to the end. Once the guy started to walk off the screen I stopped it... at about 1:28.

I like the first, The second wasn't as good as the first..
