ISP blocking website

ok guys id jus like to know how many people can access this site.

my friend whos on aol has tried going onto it and it wont load for him jus comes up cannot display the page, its not a problem with the security settings he can access hotmail and his online banking,

ive tried my computer on his router and it wont load, but my pc here works and my gf's tiscali internet loads it ?

would aol for some strange reason have blocked that page
