Unsubscribe from a thread? Go to User CP, then in the Subscribed Threads section click on List Subscription, then delete the subscription you do not need.
If you mean your account, You don't unless you PM David he can delete accounts since he is admin, but other than that most people who don't want to be apart of CF anymore just leave and don't sign back on.
