How much would you pay for this..?

Hey, well I want to build a new computer, an AM2 build, with a DX10 graphics card. I have about £400 saved, from a month at work, so I am thinking I could sell this, to get more money for the new computer.

The specs are..

Intel Pentium 4, Socket 478, 2.0Ghz stock, OC'd to 2.5Ghz 512KB L2 Cache
1GB RAM
80GB 7200RPM Drive*
FX5500**
380W PSU (awaiting 550W PSU)
AsRock P4 Dual 880 PRO

*If anyone if wondering why it says in my sig, that I have 2x80 GB hard drives, I pulled one out, so I could use it as an external*

**May upgrade to something slightly better, just so I can sell it..**

So, how much would you pay, give me any currency, I will convert it myself. Im thinking about, £250-300..

well thinking becuase of the video card maby 350, if you upgrade the video card to 6600GT or somthing sell it for like 400 - 450
