No, you have different options. It depends on where Newegg is shipping it from. Usually if you get 3 day shipping, you get it in 3 or 4 days. It also depends on the company.

If you select three day shipping, you will get it in three business days. It's as simple as that.
As far as I know, three day shipping is their minimum tier.
