why is it called homophobia?
phobia - a persistent, irrational fear of a specific object, activity, or situation that leads to a compelling desire to avoid it.
What if someone just doesnt like homosexual people? Doesn't mean they're scared, but they are still labeled as homophobes.
myself, i don't care if someone is gay or straight (im straight), but why do people call people who hate gay people homophobes? they're not scared of anything, they just don't like gay people because they think that that its not the way that nature intended stuff to be.
