Christmas/winter logo

Hey, most of your remember the christmas/winter logo. Well since switching to vb4 and updating the logo slightly to incorporate the vb4 gradient system the current winter logo won't do so I was hoping someone could take the current logo and add some snow like the old one (see attached). I had a go with GIMP but it kept anti-aliasing the snow and it looked awefull
