Scooter's happy hardcore actually, not trance. Dance is a vague term describing fast paced music thats intended for people to dance to, most commonly house and trance genres.

Great list Kage, I'll make a more useful post to the OP on how I find music. Since Trance in North America isn't extremely popular anymore, and due to the amount of one hit wonders, it can be awfully hard to find new music. Theirs a few places I monitor.

-Radio shows, check out Armin Van Buuren's state of trance, Tiesto clublife (although it's lacking most of the time), above and beyond trance around the world podcast, John O Callagans subculture, global dj broadcast

-Other internet radio stations like di.fm

-Monthly album complimations for state of trance and global DJ broadcast, hits are often released on these before albums.

-DJ mixes on djforums.com are sometimes a great source of new tracks.

-Youtube, search one song, end up finding more. Also have subscriptions to a few music channels. Most electronic records label's don't remove songs from youtube, and infact most post music videos directly onto youtube.

-iTunes Genius, yes it's great. Also like youtube, searching around iTunes can lead to more.

-Beatport charts, I occasionally check them, occasionally have good stuff.

Perpetuous Dreamer is an armin van buuren alias, and some tracks produced under that alias he worked with other people. Sound of Goobye is imho one of the best tracks ever.
