Programming VISIO Organisational Chart

I have an access database which holds details of users and their line managers and have a query which will produce an excel spreadsheet in the format required by the VISIO Organisational Chart Wizard. I am trying to write a sub procedure within access to launch VISIO, and run the Organisational Chart Wizard (using the aforementioned spreadsheet).

I've done something similar before, to produce Word Documents and to create Reminders and Tasks in Outlook but I'm not familiar with the VISIO Object Model and am not sure where to start.

If anyone can give me any pointers, I'd be very grateful.
