New Heatsink Help

I have a DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2900 MHz (14.5 x 200) 5600+
and would like to overclock and get new video card etc
BUT NOT WITH THESE TEMPS!!!!! :mad:

Could any one recommend or provide links for really good heatsinks suitible for OCing So like REALLY cold temps

Please bear in mind i am from UK so GBP if possible if not just model number :)
 
I can give you the names of two really good ones (since I don't know UK websites).

Choice 1 (cheaper, yet still pretty good): Xigmatek HDT-S1283
Choice 2 (Best): Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme
 
Ya the stock heatsink/fan from amd is terrible. I put in the Zalman CNPS9900ALED. About seventy american. I got it at 30% off though. If you can find a deal I highly recommend it. It is a tad big. I have a microatx and when I close the door, I push on the heatsink ever so slightly. The Ultra-120 is great too.
 
The program i used here was Asus PC Probe which was bundled with my motherboard.

Not sure if it just for asus motherboard but its there if anyone wants it :)
 
Any TRUE is worth it if you lap it.
There is also a pressure mod that lots of people do.

Cooler Master V8 is pretty good too.

EDIT: the best one right now is the Tuniq Tower 120 extreme.

Also good is the Xigmatek HDT-S1283

Get one of those for extreme cooling.
