Weird Connection ='C

ok sometime ill have a good connection, most of the time its 3/5 bars, and i get my connection from my neighbors, were friends with them, and sometimes for no reason i get "connected with limited access" or it just loses connection all together and it get pretty annoying and i was wondering if you guys could help?


System Specs:

Windows Vista 32 Bit Version
Intel Pentium E2140 Running At 1.6 ghz ---- lol pretty slow
2 Gigs of ram
also i have SP1

please help if you can in anyway!

ok first of all, r u allowed to use that connection, second how far away is the connection from where ever your computer is
