Media Disconnected?

When I put it in ipconfig via cmd it doesnt give me any info at all but it gives me this:

What can I do to fix it? lemme know if there is anything else / other info u wud like to me provide

Is the computer hooked up to the internet and does it have a network card or have anything plugged into it?

If so, the network card could be bad.

Go to START>CONTROL PANEL>NETWORK CONNECTIONS and see if there is anything in there.

You can also look in the device manager START> Right Click on MY COMPUTER>PROPERTIES>{I FORGET WHICH TAB}>DEVICE MANAGER and look for any devices that have a yellow exclamation point (!).
