dsl and router problem

ok, well we just got dsl. they sent me the 2wire gateway, filters, etc.
So I hooked everything up, installed the software it wanted me to install and gave it a try.
It worked great. But we have three computers, one of which is a laptop which of course I want to have wireless internet. So, my plan was to connect the 2wire gateway to my linksys router, and connect my computers to it.
But, I cannot get the internet when I do that.
Any suggestions on how I can make this work??

Did you try powering off the dsl modem, then hook up all three comps and power it back on. I know that cable modems work off MAC address, but I'm not as familiar with dsl. Still be worth a try...

what kind of configuration (if any) have you done to your linksys in order for it to communicate with your dsl modem?

well I managed to get it working now... I went to linksys website and ran their netset program... set it all up for me in a matter of seconds.
