If I wanted to move downloaded songs from frostwire library to my documents folder. I drag and dropped the frostwire downloaded file and dropped it in the my documents folder. Would the my documents folder then be shared since I on frostwire since I initiated a connection between the 2

You didn't initiate a connection between the two you just moved a file out of the one folder and into the other.

So my documents files wouldn't be in the frostwire network then since I just drag and dropped files to a different location.
