cant map from server

good day there. im in a lan using win2000server and and win2000 workstations. i have a problem in mapping from the server to the other pc inside my network, i can't map into them but when i can map from the pc into the server.
this is the msg in the event viewer:

THE REDIRECTOR WAS UNABLE TO INITIALIZE SECURITY CONTEXT OR QUERY CONTEXT ATTRIBUTES.

Are all the services needed for server <-> workstation communication running?

yes are all services running aand your joined the right domain?

are files setup to be shared?
