Big problem about networks

Well after school today I logged onto my computer, and it turns out that my brother messed with the networking settings on my computer. Now, whenever I try to access the wireless connections, he blocked the list and everything dealing with the access of wireless connections.

right click an empty part of the task bar, go to properties,then start menu, then customize, then choose advanced and go to the network connections section. choose the appropriate box. i hope that helps.
