Ok so ill download anything. any size. from 10mb to 8g and what happens is it downloads fine. top download speed which is about 1.3mb/sec but the problem is.
when it is finished download its seems like my bandwidth is still being used.
i can unplug modem and router wait up to a min or 2 reconnect and it still be lagging the only way that i have found so far to fix it is to restart my computer or i will be lagging.
I use the program ventrilo to see what my ping is at normal when haven't downloaded it will be about 15-30 ping when iam lagging about 300-500.
Anyone know anything that can be causing this? anyway to fix it?
