Wtf Is This?

Ok, i got rid of limewire...then uninstalled Java they were giving me to much viruses and trojans ect...so now all of the suddend there are these random files that werent there before...i know you can get rid of them ( Options hide file) sometin like that i know...can someone tell me exactly how to do it...

Tools>Folder Options>View files>Hide OS file

Yeah i also had to check..Dont show hidden files i knew it was something along those lines...Thanks alot
