worth the trouble?

I can get a Asus 6600LE 256mb for dirt cheap, and i am wondering how much of a difference it would make over my ATI 9600XT AIW. What are some pros and cons of the 6600le? And overall how much better will it be?

i should mention it is an AGP based system.
