OK, So, wireless n or b/g?

My internet speed is broadband, so even the 11mbps of a would work, but a is dead. I have been looking at N, but I my internet would be able to go full out in 54mbps-108 connection so why get the 270 or w/e for N?

Is there any advantages or perks or something?

All that speed is for sharing large files over the network. Unless you do that a lot, I wouldn't bother with N. Wireless G should be just fine for you.

I have a Pre-N wireless router. Basically it is also really good if you have a wide spread of computers on your network. For me, I have several computers all through my house (3200 sq ft) and with my Pre-N every computer has an "Excellent" Signal. Before using that, I had a G and the computers averaged a "Good" connection. So the G and N both have their advantages, but I do prefer the N any day of the week. Also if you are going to us an N, you need to make sure that the NIC in your computer is a N NIC so you can get the max speed possible. You dont have to, but it helps. G's and B's also work on the N wireless router.

edit: N Wireless Router allows up to 300 yards of Excellent Signals.
